Jack Kelly has over 7 years of real estate development and finance experience and is currently supporting the financing and execution of the Port Covington project.
Mr. Kelly previously worked at The JBG Companies on the development team, where he worked on a wide range of projects including large-scale, mixed-use PUDs & entitlements, land development, and dispositions/acquisitions.
Prior to JBG, Mr. Kelly worked as an Associate for Corbelis Management, LLC, an award-winning land development and management company.
Willowsford – Loudoun County, VA, 4,000 Acres
Mr. Kelly assisted with the establishment of an award-winning 4,000 acre master plan. While at Corbelis, he executed on $230 million of lot sales and a $180 million recapitalization.
Potomac Yard – Alexandria, VA, 3M SF
Mr. Kelly worked on the strategy and implementation of an approximately 3M SF mixed-use master plan (multifamily, retail, townhomes, senior living, office/GSA pursuits). Delivered Notch 8 (253 multifamily units, 70,000 SF Giant grocery store).
Cameron Park – Alexandria, VA, 775,000 SF
Mr. Kelly managed the execution of a 775,000 SF of mixed-use master plan (multifamily, retail, townhomes, senior living) and $45 million of parcel sales and $10 million of sitework.
Wardman Park – Washington DC, 1.8M SF
Mr. Kelly co-managed the design and entitlement process for a large master plan comprised of 1.8M SF
of residential density / $275 million of land value.
