Caroline Paff has 20 years of experience as a land developer and project manager executing large complex master planning and land entitlement projects in Baltimore City.
Ms. Paff is currently responsible for managing all master planning and development activities for the Port Covington project. Her responsibilities include overseeing the consultant team developing the Port Covington Master Plan, developing and delivering the infrastructure plan for the site and executing Sagamore Development’s vision for the development of the Project. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP certified) and previously worked for public and private entities on acquisition, disposition, planning, entitlement and development.
Hollander 95 – Baltimore, MD, 500,000 SF
Ms. Paff master planned the federally-owned Hollander Ridge, a 52-acre former public housing site, consisting of nearly 500,000 SF of light manufacturing, offices and distribution. In her role, Ms. Paff managed acquisition, analysis, federal award and disposition as well as agency reviews and municipal approvals.
Chesapeake Commerce Center – Baltimore, MD, 2M SF
Ms. Paff master planned and coordinated the quick turnaround of a decommissioned General Motors plant (182 acres). In her role, Ms. Paff acted as the central point of contact for the city, state, General Motors and purchaser. This Duke Realty project is now a major distribution center for Amazon.
